In tribute to Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the Wapping Group of Artists offers this image, one of its members’ paintings of Windsor Castle, a favourite location for the Group

At the end of his five year term as President, Roger Dellar hands over to Geoff Hunt who becomes the seventeenth President of the Group in it’s seventy five year history. Roger’s time as President has seen the Group publishing it’s third Book “A Changing View” which is now available to buy through the website.

The new President Geoff Hunt welcomes Louise Diggle, the newest member of the Wapping group. Lou was elected to Full Member at the Annual General Meeting yesterday. Really well done and many congratulations Lou.

The Wapping Group warmly welcomes two new Candidates, Tushar Sabel and Max White.  We look forward to seeing them out painting with us in the 2022 season, beginning in April.

The Group’s new book was officially launched at the annual show yesterday evening at the Mall Galleries. Geoff Hunt thanked all concerned while Roger Dellar painted a fine demonstration work. We were delighted to see many old friends there, including Anthony Lester and John Deston.
