Louise Diggle PS

Louise’s work is about the transient moment; the rapidly changing light, colour and seasons and how it transforms people, buildings and objects. She always works en plein air, mainly in pastel which suits the fragility of time. It can be also be worked rapidly.  There are 2 free light shows a day – never ending subject matter. 

Louise is a member of the Pastel Society, Chelsea Art Society and the Small Paintings Group, joining the Wapping Group in 2022. She studied at the City & Guilds of London Art School and CCAT and has exhibited at the Jerram Gallery,  Found Gallery Brecon, Piers Feetham Gallery, Russell Gallery and the Gallery at Green & Stone amongst others.   London based, her studio is at Wimbledon Art Studios.
